1. DATA PROCESSING ROLE

Syntra Automations (Pty) Ltd acts as a Responsible Party for website visitors and an Operator when processing data on behalf of clients.

2. TRANSBORDER DATA FLOWS

By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed by third-party sub-processors (OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier) whose servers are located outside of South Africa. We ensure these providers maintain security standards compliant with POPIA Section 72.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest and SSL/TLS for data in transit. Access to client environments is strictly limited to the Directors.
