The Problem

A busy dental practice was struggling to retain patients for routine 6-month checkups. Their existing software couldn't reliably trigger recall emails, and doctors had no visibility into daily cash flow versus medical aid claims.

The Solution

We built a centralized dashboard that tracks cash vs. medical aid revenue in real time. We also engineered an automated WhatsApp and Email recall campaign that triggers precisely 6 months after a patient's last visit, increasing re-bookings significantly.
